The University of Luxembourg intends to adapt its HR policy and to align it with new needs that have emerged over the last few years. This project aims at: Developing Job descriptions in order to: — clarify roles and responsibilities, — align roles with institutional goals and the changing needs of the University of Luxembourg creating a job structure/classification based on a proven grading methodology. Developing a state of the art pay structure and comp and ben policy to: — increase transparency and set fair salary structures (internal and external equity).
