Description

A 4 year Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Services to support and manage the delivery of major capital construction projects. The Framework Agreement will be available to other Contracting Authorities within the East of England. Primary Services: — Cost Management Services; — Project Management Services (including Client CDM duties); — Framework Management Services. Secondary Services: — Architectural Services; — Building Services Engineering; — Building Surveying Services; — Structural Engineering Services; — Town Planning Services; — Project Sponsor Services. Ad-hoc Services: — Acoustic Surveys; — Arboriculture Surveys; — Archaeological Surveys; — Asbestos Surveys; — Condition Surveys (of building services in existing buildings); — Ecological Surveys; — Electrical Load Testing Services; — Ground Investigations; — Military Ordnance Surveys; — Structural Surveys; — Utilities (mains) Surveys; — Below Ground Services Surveys.
