HFS0411 - Ad-hoc Garden Maintenance Works Framework

Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint three competent and experienced contractors to a framework to provide ad-hoc garden maintenance works to River Clyde Homes housing stock. These works will only arise as and when HFS’s own internal Grounds Team is unable to facilitate them. A description of the anticipated works is listed within the pricing schedule at Appendix B. The successful companies will have access to use HFS’s Green Waste Skip, situated at our depot in Greenock, for any relevant waste related to the contract works if so desired. There may also be a requirement for ad-hoc small hard landscaping, slabbing, fencing, drainage, brickworks, and removal of bulk waste from garden areas.
