Description

The purpose of this procurement is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for consultancy, design, development, management, operation, and support for Forsvarsbygg.no and for the Agency's own digital front end for the Norwegian Armed Forces; basen.forsvarsbygg.no (the Base). Lot 1: The current system is based on EPiServer, and the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is in the process of moving the system to a cloud solution. The system will be installed in the Norwegian Armed Forces' Azure Tenant, where it will be run. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is requesting a tenderer that has experience operating applications and application development/management of the client-tenant. The contract will be valid from the date it is signed by the parties. The contract period is 2 (two) years from the delivery day. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months’ notice is given by the contracting authority prior to the renewal date. There may be small, not significant, changes to the tender documentation from the prequalification phase to the offer phase.
