Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (the organisation formed by the merger of Shoreline Housing Partnership and Boston Mayflower) is seeking a suitably experienced and competent materials supply to supply boilers and associated heating items in Grimsby and Boston locations. The timescales for the procurement are detailed below: — issue of ITT 20.4.2018, — deadline for questions or clarifications 18.5.2018 at 5:00 pm, — ITT Tender submission deadline 25.5.2018 at 12:00 noon, — evaluation of tenders 8.6.2018, — Approval for Contract Award 8.6.2018, — 10 day standstill period ends 22.6.2018, — start of contract 1.7.2018, — end of contract 30.6.2021 (+2 year extension option to 30.6.2023).
