The contracting authority has signed a framework agreement for the supply of gas. The estimated annual value of the contract is NOK 1 750 000 for the municipalities in SIIN. The stipulated total contract value including an for extension is approx. NOK 7 000 000. The amounts are a guide, based on the consumption of the previous year as well as taking into account a certain increase due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The given values are excluding VAT. The contracting authority for this contest is Samordna Innkjøp I Nordland (Coordinated Procurement in Nordland) (SIIN) with Bodø kommune (Bodø municipality) as the host municipality. Users of this framework agreement will be a selection of the municipalities associated with SIIN with underlying operating units, including ' municipal companies (Norwegian: KS) and intermunicipal companies (Norwegian: IKS). Samordna Innkjøp i Nordland (Coordinated Procurement in Nordland) consists of a total of 21 municipalities, of which eight partook in this tender contest. The procurement is limited to the delivery of gas to the treatment plant at Heggmoen in Bodø Municipality.
