Contract award - Framework agreement - Fresh meat and meat products

Description

The competition is for the delivery of fresh meat and meat products to the contracting authority´s user places. The contract will at all times cover the contracting authority’s need for such products. Tenderers are encouraged to ask questions about the procurement documents within the stated deadline. Lot 1: The agreement includesr the procurement of fresh meat and meat products NOTE: Frozen meat products are not included in the agreement. However, the contracting authority has an option for including frozen meat products. Separate procurement processes are carried out for the following product groups, and consequently the goods covered by the bullet points below are excluded from this framework agreement: - Groceries and provisions (including frozen meat products) - Bread and bakery products - Fresh fish and fish products - Vegetables, fruit and berries - Dairy products The tender concerns fresh meat and sausage meat products. NOTE: Venison is not considered as meat. All products are requested delivered in recycling packaging, not paper/disposable packaging. The agreement that is signed will primarily be an agreement for the entities that produce food for delivery to nursing homes/institutions and for persons living at home. Other entities at the contracting authority, such as for e.g. schools, nursery schools, cafes, day centres and rehabilitation centres shall, if desired, be able to make call-offs against the agreement upon request at agreed upon prices. The agreement will not be obligatory for these other units.
