Legal advisory services

Description

The Authority invites tenders for the provision of both general and specialist legal advice and guidance to the Authority in relation to procurement and contract law. A contract is already in place for the provision of legal services relating to the arc21 Residual Waste Treatment Project and no additional services will be required in respect of this project. The Authority also has arrangements in place with other organisations for the provision of legal services. Exclusivity or a legal expenditure is therefore not guaranteed.
