Cyber Insurance program for DSB consisting of 10 lots in a tower with a total limit of DKK 500M. Lot 1: Primary - cyber insurance DKK 50.000.000 each loss and in annual aggregate The tenderer must fill out the following information in the ESPD part IV B: Financial rating of at least A- (Standard & Poor's) or equivalent rating from an alternative internationally recognized financial rating agency. Lot 2: 1st excess - cyber insurance DKK 50,000,000 xs DKK 50,000,000 each loss and in annual aggregate The tenderer must fill out the following information in the ESPD part IV B: Financial rating of at least A- (Standard & Poor's) or equivalent rating from an alternative internationally recognized financial rating agency. Lot 3: 2nd excess - cyber insurance DKK 50,000,000 xs DKK 100,000,000 each loss and in annual aggregate The tenderer must fill out the following information in the ESPD part IV B: Financial rating of at least A- (Standard & Poor's) or equivalent rating from an alternative internationally recognized financial rating agency.
