Amgfueddfa Cymru is looking to source professional advice and support as part of the ongoing work we are doing to strengthen governance and risk management within the museum. The work falls into two main categories.1. Collections Management and GovernanceTo work with the museum to strengthen our risk management and governance over the National Collection for Wales. In particular to develop and improve our risk management processes over collections, ensure there are the correct reporting and governance arrangements in place over our collections care and management and responsibilities are clearly defined and understood.2. Risk and assurance systemsTo work with the Board and Executive to review our risk management policies, procedures and framework. This will include working with the Board to review our risk appetite and Board Assurance Framework and a review of the operating procedures and practices for our Audit Risk and Assurance Committee in line with industry standards.
