The scope of the contract is to deliver the core components of work package three, on building a legacy through a baseline analysis and the co-production of Smart Place Frameworks in the Central Border Region, ensuring the sustainability of DS3’s impact. The work associated with the tender aims to develop three Smart Place Frameworks to support long-term digital transformation across the Central Border Region. It should actively involve a wide range of stakeholders, including those often excluded from digital initiatives (such as older people, teenagers, and ethnic minorities), as well as partners engaging in DS3 Work Packages 1 and 2.
