Description

Provision of professional event management services for the planning, coordination and delivery of two half-day conferences anticipated to take place in June 2027 and June 2029, together with the potential provision of event management services for additional ad hoc events during the contract term. Services will include event planning, venue liaison, speaker and stakeholder coordination, attendee management, event production, audio-visual and recording coordination, on-site delivery, health and safety management, and post-event evaluation and reporting.
