Handling sludge, contract for emptying.

Description

The contest is for registering and emptying sludge from septic tanks with permanent emptying contracts in all of Tinn Municipality. The value of the contract is estimated to NOK 900,000 excluding VAT a year. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 but has decided that it is not appropriate for this contract. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender. Contract The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, with the accompanying standard terms and social terms for Tinn Municipality. The contract will be valid from and including 2021-08-31 until and including 2024-08-30, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
