Framework agreement for text editing services and translation services.

Innlandet University College (HINN) would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for text editing services and translation services. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the HINN’s need for all types of language services. Lot 1: The objective of this framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority’s need for text editing and translation services. Text editing and translation services will be required within the following areas: • Internal guidelines and procedures • Texts in hand books, for example, the Employee Hand Book and the HSE Hand Book • Texts on internal and external web • Advertisement texts - job advertisements; standard texts in a template and ongoing translator need/text editing need for individual jobs • Letter templates/email templates • Contract templates • Publications • Training booklets • Translation of text blocks for further processing, such as project descriptions (research projects) and introduction texts • Text editing and translation of applications, contract texts, and other communication connected to the EU. • Stand-by related text editing and translations Note: The list is not exhaustive. High quality and precision is very important for a correct translation of these. The need is primarily for translation from Norwegian (bokmål/new Norwegian) to English (British English), but translations from English to Norwegian, as well as from bokmål to new Norwegian are also relevant. In addition there will be a need for transcribing video/film and audio recordings.
