Ofgem requires a supplier to undertake the delivery of circa 1500 site audits on the Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4 scheme) and provide additional support with desk audits. The supplier will be required to: * review relevant documentation. * assess each non-compliance and associated evidence. * provide a detailed analysis of their overall assessment; and * provide an enhanced risk assessment methodology (aka. Risk Matrix) and criteria for non-compliance found during audits. Ensuring non-compliance categorisation has a greater level of granularity.
