Description

The tender competition involves the production/addition and delivery of 1 fire engine and 1 tanker with a crew cabin. Option for the delivery of one additional fire engine during a 3-year period. See the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment and alternative tenders are not allowed. Contract The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms. If the option is activated, it must in force within 3 years from date of signing the contract. The contracting authority shall enter into an agreement with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that an agreement can be signed if awarded.
