South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) for and on behalf of itself and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside (PCC) are procuring a Healthcare and Forensic Service in Custody, for South Yorkshire Police (SYP) and Humberside Police (HP).
