Digital system for performance management, budgeting, financial planning and reporting - ref. no. 2022/4036

Description

Alstahaug Municipality intends, together with the other HALD municipalities (Herøy, Leirfjord, and Dønna), to procure a new cloud-based system to support municipal performance management, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Lot 1: Alstahaug Municipality, together with the other HALD municipalities (Herøy, Leirfjord, and Dønna), needs a system that is integrated with the finance system and personnel/wages system Visma Enterprise Plus. The system will be used within the following main areas: Formulating financial plans, budgeting, budget reports, climate budget, operating plan, and the municipality's other planning systems. The system must facilitate easy production of easily understood and informative action programmes, as well as budget, planning and report documents for publication. The most relevant modules concern analysis, reviews, plans, financial plans, annual budget, performance management, consolidation and reporting.
