To provide a robust inspection of all memorials within Midlothian cemeteries, grading them and providing a detailed spreadsheet with photographs. This will also include rectification required and cost for this to be carried out. Lot 1: The purpose of the invitation to tender is to provide Tenderers with details of how the Council proposes to conduct the procurement process for Memorial Inspection project
