Description

The site is located on Summerstown Road, Merton, London SW17 0BH. The site has restricted access and the existing building will be demolished in close proximity to occupied industrial units and adjacent to a live building site. The demolition of a vacant light industrial building (known as the Volante Building) consisting of mainly a single storey structure with a mezzanine floor and small office accommodation on the first floor. Demolition will consist of all relevant hoarding, decommissioning and termination of existing live services, identification of hazardous and contaminated material and it's safe removal, breaking up of the ground floor slab, crushing and storing hardcore on site and the careful removal and storage of all existing radiators and factory ceiling lights to be removed from site by the client post demolition.
