Kommunen har hidtil haft en kontrakt om kørsel af mad mellem plejehjem med Postnord Logistics. Leverandøren har dog valgt at opsige kontrakten med 30 dages varsel. Kommunen har derfor set sig nødsaget til at indgå en midlertidig kontrakt jf. Udbudslovens § 80 stk. 5 indtil ydelsen kan udbydes på ny. Dette arbejde igangsættes hermed via denne bekendtgørelse.
