Description
The Council utilised the HealthTrust Europe’s ComIT2 - Information Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions Framework - HTE-005707, which allowed for a direct award process. The Council called off directly with Software Box Limited. Verint Systems UK Limited will be the provider of the system but will be appointed as a sub-contractor for 100% of the work. Software Box Limited has since been renamed, and the contract was novated to be with BOXXE LIMITED.
