Integration of the EUROFER Steel in the RCC-MRx for ITER TBMs

Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the technical management, codification, and justification of the integration of EUROFER steel in the RCC-MRx for ITER TBMs application. It addresses EUROFER as base metal and welded joints, irradiated or non-irradiated. Lot 1: The tender procedure aims to conclude an operational single framework contract for the provision of services in the areas described under II.1.4. The framework contract will be implemented through task orders resulting in specific contracts. This procedure foresees the possibility to make use of a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, as per Point 11.1e of Annex I to General Financial Regulation (i.e., for new services or works consisting in the repetition of similar services or works entrusted to the economic operator) to increase the framework contract ceiling up to an additional 50 % if needed.
