Description

The framework agreement will be for the provision of all necessary resources to carryout CIP3 (Chemical Investigation Programme). The UK Water Industry is required to deliver a programme of sampling and analysis between 2020 and 2025 to understand the impact, sources and behaviour of priority and priority hazardous substances, specific pollutants, emerging substances and pharmaceuticals from water recycling centres, on the environment. This agreement will assist Wessex Water Services Ltd in the delivery of the CIP3 (Chemical Investigation Programme) and does not include the sampling, this will be carried out in-house. The agreement will be implemented for 60 months (5 years), with an option to extend a further 3 years and will include long term monitoring and sampling burdens. There is no guarantee of quantity under the Agreement and all analysis is subject to change.
