Yarlington wish to set up a long-term agreement with an organisation that can locally source and prepare delicious and nutritious frozen food which we will prepare and serve to our customers. The procurement of this contract is being undertaken in accordance with the open procedure prescribed by the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Yarlington want to set up a long-term agreement with an organisation that can locally source and prepare delicious and nutritious frozen food which we will prepare and serve to our customers. We have a diverse customer base and we require the successful service provider to be able to provide a varied selection of food that will help support us in meeting our customer’s needs. We require the successful service provider to: — provide specific dietary and nutritional advice to help us support our customers, — provide a simple online ordering process that enables us to place orders for meals on a weekly basis with the ability to amend orders, track orders, raise queries and access our order history, — set weekly deliveries to all schemes during the working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, — be able to provide delivery time slots, — support us with arranging special themed events to all our schemes. For example – an Italian night that will take place on the same day across all schemes, — provide free of charge training days or ad-hoc support days to Yarlington staff that will assist in continuously improving the services we deliver to our customers. For example, food preparation and presentation, — be able to source and supply crockery, cutlery and serving equipment as and when required following receipt of a competitive price/quotation.
