St Leger Homes of Doncaster (SLHD) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified Suppliers(s) to deliver a competitive range of flexible benefits to employees. This contract is being broken into lots: • Lot 1 – Employee Healthcare Plan • Lot 2 – Employee Cycle Hire • Lot 3 – Employee Benefits Platform An organisation can bid for one or all lots. Suppliers can win one or all lots. Lot 101819: Lot 2 - Employee Cycle Hire St Leger Homes is seeking a provider to promote, manage and administer a Cycle Hire and Accessories salary sacrifice scheme which will be accessible to employees of SLHD aged 18 or over. Lot 101820: Lot 1 - Employee Healthcare Plan St Leger Homes require a healthcare provider (referred to in the tender documents as ‘the Supplier’) to provide a healthcare plan for its employees. The current healthcare plan Contract is due to expire on 31st March 2025. St Leger Homes would like to continue to offer staff access to a Healthcare plan, which is designed to help employees pay for their day to day healthcare and access to other benefits such as counselling and physiotherapy. Lot 101821: Lot 3 - Employee Benefits Platform (1) St Leger Homes is seeking a provider to implement, manage and promote an Employee Benefits Platform that will provide discount offerings and a reward and recognition element that will contribute to employee satisfaction, increase performance and productivity as well as employee retention. The platform to encompass: • Employee Discounts scheme • Reward and Recognition functionality • Salary Sacrifice offerings (excluding employee cycle hire)
