Estates SW: Expressions of Interest for the Acquisition of Lands for Cork University Hospital Developments

Description

The Health Service Executive are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) with the aim to acquire a building or land for the use as a permanent decant / expansion space for non-core services from Cork University Hospital (CUH) in order to 1. Decant services / space from Cork University Hospital to allow the development of the proposed construction projects within the campus. 2. Decant services / spaces from Cork University Hospital to allow expansion and development of acute service space within the core area of the hospital. This EOI is an invitation to potential partners to provide a potential property (floorplate area) and or land within 3km of Cork University Hospital.
