Provision of Sports Equipment Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs in Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City Schools and identified recreational facilities Lot 1: Fitness Equipment within Secondary Schools For the Inspection, Repair and maintenance of Fitness Equipment within Secondary Schools in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Regions including, but not limited to Multi-station machines, single station weight machines, wall mounted weight machines, loose weights, weight racks and spin bikes Lot 2: Sports Equipment within all schools and identified recreational facilities The provision of Inspection, Repairs and Maintenance services to all schools and identified recreational facilities in the Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Regions, including but not limited to Fixed Apparatus, Portable equipment such as vaulting horses, movement tables, Bar boxes, Storming stands, High Jump stands, Trampolines and Mini-tramps. Full details contained within Appendix 1 - statement of requirements Lot 3: Climbing Walls (Aberdeen City Only) For the Inspection, Repairs and maintenance of Climbing Walls within Aberdeen City Council schools and identified recreational facilities Lot 4: Lot 4 – (Option) Packaged price to incorporate lots 1 – 3 Optional lot where a package bid is provided for the combined services of Lots 1-3. Lot 4 will only be awarded where the package bid offers the most economically advantageous Tender. Bids must be submitted for Lots 1-3
