Provision of Cleaning Contracts

Description

PA Housing is conducting a tender for the provision of cleaning to our blocks and communal areas. This procurement is a multi lot procurement and covers the areas of East London, West London, Surrey, South Leicester and Northants, Nottinghamshire and Leicester. The contracts are to start in April 2022 and will be for an initial 3 years with the option to extend. Lot 1: Cleaning Services Surrey Internal Communal Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items:Floor coveringsWallsCeilingsDoorsWindows - CommunalStairsHandrails and balustradeLiftsRecycled and general waste binsWC, hand basins, urinal etc.Toilet Cubicles and laminated surfacesExternal Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items:Entrance lobby doors glass/screensCar parking areasGeneral footpaths leading to premisesGeneral grass and shrub areasRefuge bin areasBike storesEmptying litter bins at entrance/exits to communal areasEmptying cigarette bins at entrance/exits to communal areas.
