The scope of the Framework Agreement comprises the deliver a comprehensive course on the design, development, and delivery of a Microcredential in Knowledge Management (KM). The course is intended to equip participants with the necessary skills to create a high-quality microcredential program focused on Knowledge Management, with an emphasis on practical application, best practices, and innovative approaches. It is envisaged that the Programme may need to be delivered one to two times per annum although the Network does not commit to repeat delivery of the Programme, which is dependent on the success of the initial delivery of the Programme, the demand for repeat delivery and the availability of funding
