Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Passenger Transport

Shetland Islands Council and ZetTrans (the Client) wish to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for a range of Passenger transport services including local bus services for the general public, home to school transport for school children and students and transport for adults and children with social or welfare needs. Lot 1: Supported Public Local Bus Services The procedure is a regulated procurement governed by the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lot 2: Mainstream School Transport Services The procedure is a regulated procurement governed by the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lot 3: Additional Support Needs, Social Care, Healthcare and Other Transport Services The type of contract to be awarded is a Services contract. The procedure is a regulated procurement governed by the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The procedure being followed is an Open Procedure.
