Lancashire County Council is seeking to commission high quality flexible support and accommodation services to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young people. The Authority wishes to establish a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for service providers to deliver sufficient good quality supported accommodation services to meet a wide range of needs.
