A lotted framework (10 lots) for reactive repairs and maintenance to work with CCHA. Lot 1: General Responsive Maintenance 2.4.1 CCHA is seeking to establish a multi-Supplier multi-Lot Framework Agreement (‘Framework Agreement’) for the provision of works to supplement provision by its own MTeam. CCHA wish to appoint suitably qualified, accredited and experienced organisations (Suppliers) to provide labour and materials to deliver high quality and timely responsive repair and maintenance work Lot 2: Adaptations CCHA is seeking to establish a multi-Supplier multi-Lot Framework Agreement (‘Framework Agreement’) for the provision of works to supplement provision by its own MTeam. CCHA wish to appoint suitably qualified, accredited and experienced organisations (Suppliers) to provide labour and materials to deliver high quality and timely responsive repair and maintenance work. Lot 3: Electrical Works CCHA is seeking to establish a multi-Supplier multi-Lot Framework Agreement (‘Framework Agreement’) for the provision of works to supplement provision by its own MTeam. Lot 4: Gas Works Heating and Plumbing Works CCHA is seeking to establish a multi-Supplier multi-Lot Framework Agreement (‘Framework Agreement’) for the provision of works to supplement provision by its own MTeam.
