Snow clearing on municipal roads in Hattfjelldal Municipality 2021-2026.

Description

Hattfjelldal Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for snow clearing on municipal roads, open spaces, and junctions from season 2021/2022 for 5 years. There is an option for an extension for a further 3 years (2+1). The assignment mainly comprises snow clearing on the road network. The snow clearing is split into a total of 6 sub-contracts - the different sub-contracts have one or more areas connected to the contract. The contracting authority refers to the tender documentation for further information on the contest and content. Lot 1: Sub contracts 1 - area package 2 Sub-contract 1 includes area package 2, which consists of areas 1-4: Area package no. 2 Road name: Road length in km: Area 1 Hattfjelldal centre and the SN building, and by the hotel 12.0 + open spaces. Area 2 Valmåsen (the junction (X), Tjuvbrua to Moen) 2.2 Area 3 Slettåsen - Oladalen (county road 73, Slettåsen to X 5.2 County road 294 including the side road to Jan Sæteren, as well as X County road 294 to X county road 73 Oladalen). Area 4 Vefsnmo (XF, 804 to Vefsnmo) 5.4 Sub-contract 1 is estimated to have an annual value of NOK 1.1 million excluding VAT. The total estimate for the contract period is NOK 5.5 million. Option period, estimated to be NOK 3.3 million if it is taken up. Lot 2: Sub-contract 2 - area package 3 Sub-contract 2 is estimated to have a total value of NOK 1.6 million excluding VAT, including option years. The annual estimate for snow clearing and gritting is estimated to be approx. NOK 200,000 excluding VAT. Sub-contract 2 includes area package 3: Area package no. 3 Area 7: Kvalpskarmoen (junction county road 298 by the bridge Ivarrud-Kvalpskarmoen 6.3 km Area 8: Øyum - Bakli (X Sørmo - X county road 290) 4.5 km (renegotiated in the event of a new bridge at Sørmo) Lot 3: Sub contract 3 - area package 4 Sub-contract 3 is for snow clearing in area package 4, area 9 - Harvassdalen. The value of sub-contract 3 is estimated to be NOK 140,000 a year. The total estimate of the contract period, including options, is approx. NOK 1.1 million excluding VAT. Lot 4: Sub contract 4 - area package 5 Sub-contract 4 includes area package 5, area 10 - Garsmark. The contract is estimated to have an annual value of NOK 340,000 excluding VAT. The estimated contract value including options is approx. NOK 2.7 million excluding VAT. Lot 5: Sub contract 5 - area package 6 Sub-contract 5 includes area package 6, the following areas: Area 13 - Famvassdalen Area 14 - Varntresk, parking by the school and church. The contract is estimated to have a total value of approx. NOK 7.5 million excluding VAT. Lot 6: Sub contract 6 - area package 7 Sub-contract 6 includes area package 7, area 15 - Nermo. The value of sub-contract 6 is estimated to be NOK 100,000 a year, with a total estimated contract value of NOK 800,000 excluding VAT.
