2022/7166 Framework Agreement Ground and Concrete (Contractor Services)

Description

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for construction and contractor services relating to property, roads and water and sewage. Lot 1: The framework agreement concerns plant and contractor services that will be used both on maintenance and investment budgets. There will also be the delivery of some materials, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the tenderer provides the materials required for the execution of the assignment in question. The framework agreement shall cover the following disciplines: - Machine contractor services (site work/ground work/machines etc.) - Water and sewage plant work - Plumbing services (outdoors) The estimated scope of the contract is NOK 17,500,000 per year (excluding VAT) over 4 years. The maximum contract value for the entire framework agreement period is NOK 100,000,000 (excluding VAT).
