Tenderers are invited to tender under the Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) for the provision of research and development services to seek solutions for a ‘Whole System Design for Energy Efficient HPC’. CINECA will act as the Procuring Entity that carries out the PCP in its own name and on its own behalf as well as in name and on behalf of the GOP Members (see section VI.3). Please note this is a PCP adhering to the EU Treaty Principles but not subject to the Italian Public Contract Regulations 2006, the EU Public Procurement Directives or the WTO/GPA.
