Herefordshire Council are currently responsible for the delivery of a wide range of grants including, UK Shared Prosperity Funding, Support for Ukraine, Children’s Holidays Schemes, and Community facilities. These grants are all currently managed through manual processes and following a reduction in the size of the team earlier this year, there is a need to implement a system that will provide the team with a more efficient process that is fully automated reducing the reliance on manual inputting and processing. This Request for Information will provide Herefordshire Council with the information and details required to write an appropriate specification and make the necessary decisions on the best approach in procuring an online grants management system in 2025.
