Powys County Council is seeking to engage with the market to recommend and supply four machines capable of planing, sweeping, loading and siding. 'Skid-steer' machines are currently utilised by the Council, however, the Council is seeking the recommendation from the market to ensure that the Service is using the most suitable equipment that is available. As part of this tender, an on-site assessment is included as part of the quality assessment and further details are contained in the tender documentation.
