1. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity in relation to supply, delivery and installation of a large Modular Freezer Building with Blast Freezer 2. County Enterprise Foods (CEF) operates out of a Council owned sites in Rainworth and Worksop, Nottinghamshire and employs 80 members of the team to provides an essential service of 8000 hot and frozen meals per week to 800 Nottinghamshire residents, many of whom are vulnerable and reply on our service.. The project will support and protect the provision of the 35,000 meals per day cooked in Nottinghamshire schools using local sustainably sourced produce. The Worksop production kitchen needs A Modular Freezer Building on site to provide a space to store meals produced and include a blast freezer as part of the production process.
