Supply, Delivery and Installation of Welding Equipment

UHI Inverness is seeking to appoint a single supplier for the supply, delivery and installation of the following welding equipment. Welding Equipment Required: 17 MIG/MAG/MMA/TIG Welders that have intelligent welding assistance. 17 1 mm Feed Roll equipment for above equipment 17 1.2 mm Feed Roll equipment for above equipment 17 adaptors and assemblies to allow connection to 32A three phase electrical supply, and inert gas supply per booth. 17 adaptors and assemblies to allow welding operations to safely take place. Lot 1: UHI Inverness is seeking to appoint a single supplier for the supply, delivery and installation of the following welding equipment. The equipment will be installed in our Inverness campus, located at 1 Inverness Campus, Inverness IV2 5NA. The Service needs to be invoiced by 10th March 2026 for funding purposes and installation completed by the Contractor by 12th June 2026 (Go Live Date).. Bidders must submit any proposed amendments to the Authority’s Terms and Conditions at the time of bid submission. Any amendments or alternative terms submitted after the bid submission deadline will not be considered and may result in the bid being deemed non-compliant. By submitting a bid without amendments, the Bidder is deemed to have accepted the Authority’s Terms and Conditions in full.
