Advanced DRS

Description

Advanced DRS is used by Building Services and Housing for scheduling all the mobile workers. It has integrations to COMIS and Cx for the job details, and TotalMobile for the visits on the handheld devices. It is also used for scheduling Repairs by Appointment. As part of COMIS legacy replacement, Advanced DRS is in scope to be replaced with the new workforce management solution. A project to replace the Advanced DRS system is already underway; however, due to the scale of work required—including redevelopment of complex integrations with COMIS, Cx, and TotalMobile—the transition to the new workforce management solution will take at least two years to complete. During this period, the existing DRS system must remain operational to ensure continuity of scheduling and service delivery while the replacement solution is built, tested, and prepared for go‑live.
