Swindon Borough Council is seeking to commissioning an Outcome Based All-Age Direct Payment Support Service to commence on the 1st September 2026. This tender opportunity will be in the form of a 2 Stage Competitive Flexible Procedure, meaning bidders will submit Part 1 first and will then be invited to submit part 2 should they pass the Conditions of Participation set out in Stage 1.
