Communal Close Cleaning

Description

The aim of this contract is to ensure LHA have a contractor in place to clean the communal spaces within their blocks of flats. Lot 1: Communal Close Cleaning Lot 1: East Region The work included in the Contract consists full communal area cleans to various properties within the geographical area of Dumfries and Galloway. Properties are as per the Specification and Pricing appendices, however contractors should note these are subject to change throughout the contract period. Most of the communal areas have their own Property Specification; however this is only to show the size of the area, works to be carried out are listed in Appendix 1: Overall Specification document within this tender package. The Contractor shall be required to operate an electronic system capable of recording all events in the Contract. Electronic copies of cleans completed and no access properties are to be provided to The Client. Lot 2: Communal Close Cleaning Lot 2: West Region The work included in the Contract consists full communal area cleans to various properties within the geographical area of Dumfries and Galloway.
