Agreement between Angus Council and the Company (ANGUSAlive) whereby: (a) The Company has agreed to provide culture and leisure services to the Council, for the benefit of the public, in return for the payment by the Council to the Company of the Service Payments. (b) In order to document the provision of such culture and leisure services and all other matters connected therewith the Parties have agreed to enter into the Services Agreement.
