PLANNED PROCUREMENT (prior information) NOTIFICATION - This is not a call for competition as THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. However, interest (Expression of interest) can be registered here (whilst the tender details are being finalised), and please refer to the UK3: Planned procurement notice for any further details - see 'https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/065939-2025'. Note: Any questions on this planned procurement MUST be received via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal only (as also stated below). Also, Expressions of interest only need to be completed once per applicable contact/Workgroup, as once completed please access your ‘Activities’ in this eProcurement Portal instead. This Planned procurement notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO is looking to establish a national framework for the supply and fitting of tyres for cars, LCVs, HGVs and plant and the supply of related ancillary services, including puncture repairs and wheel balancing. The framework is expected to be divided into 3 lots: Lot 1. Light vehicle tyres (premium, mid-range & budget) Lot 2. Heavy vehicle tyres (premium, mid-range and budget/remould for steer, driving and trailer) and plant tyres (premium and budget) Lot 3. Services (for light vehicles, heavy vehicles and plant) The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (under normal circumstances extensions will be completed in full, or in 12-month periods, and is subject to the performance of the framework). The total estimated value stated includes the option to extend the framework as noted above.
