Description
Mole Valley District Council ("the Council") invites tenders for the provision of Postal Collection and Delivery as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Wednesday 01 October 2025 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years until Saturday 30 September 2028 with an option to extend for a further 2 x 24-month periods subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council (i.e. the latest possible contract end date, if all extension options are utilised is 30 September 2032).
