Description
Transport assessment of different strategic / major development options to inform the Eastleigh Local Plan. The work will involve preliminary assessment; identifying / devising transport interventions for each option to feed into transport modelling; and writing an overall transport assessment to assess all options based on these results. (The transport modelling itself is not part of this project. The Solent sub regional transport model will be used, and is a separate commission).
