Provision of Emergency / Urgent Care Practitioner Service for population of the South Hambleton and Ryedale Primary Care Network registered GP Practice population, aged 1 and above. The Emergency Care Practitioner will be responsible for patient triage and prioritising patients for giving advice or arranging assessment via telephone, e-consultation or face to face appointment, supported by a named duty doctor in each practice.
