The contract relates to the CLEANING, CUSTODY AND ORDINARY MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF THE SPORTS HALL IN PIAZZALE LANCIERI D’AOSTA in Cervignano del Friuli. Lot 1: The contract relates to the CLEANING, CUSTODY AND ORDINARY MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF THE SPORTS HALL IN PIAZZALE LANCIERI D’AOSTA in Cervignano del Friuli. The sports facility includes the following premises, as better identified in the technical documentation which is an integral part of the Special Tender Specifications: - Gym on the parquet side; - Rubber side gym; - Spectators' tribune on the parquet side; - Spectators' tribune on the rubber side; - Warehouse under the grandstand on the tire side; - Four large changing rooms (capacity 20 people); - Four small changing rooms (capacity 10 people); - Three warehouses; - Medical clinic ; - Association office; - Atriums; - Corridors; - Toilet ; - Showers; - External areas inside the fence It should be noted that the room, equipped with an independent entrance, used as a weightlifting gym is not included in this contract. The service summarily includes: - Ordinary cleaning service of the sports facility; - Ordinary surveillance and custody service of the sports facility; - Internal / external cleaning service, surveillance and routine maintenance; - Extraordinary cleaning, surveillance and custody service and ready availability;
