Øvre Eiker municipality shall procure a system for supporting own budgetary work and financial reports, as well as for publication of financial plans and general reports. The system must cover the process and general reports in the fiscal year wheel until a budget resolution is made by the municipality's council. The system must be integrated with the municipalities' current ERP system (VISMA Enterprise) and it must have important functionality for recognised file formats and support processes for both text and digit material. Single-sign-on must be offered. A significant objective of the contract is to procure a system that can support efficient processes (from registration to the compilation of content) and publish the approved financial plan, including KOSTRA-analyses and general reports in recognised formats, including web. The system is meant to be used by economists and managers at different unit levels. Subject to budgetary allowance for the contract. The system must increase the efficiency of the current process by adding important functionality that is lacking, and at the same time being a new system that covers basic budget and reporting functionality, including annual and periodic reports for both internal and external use
